Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Finance Manager role based in Dehradun.

The Business Finance

Manager will oversee financial planning and analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making. Daily responsibilities include preparing budgets and forecasts, tracking performance against financial plans, and conducting variance analyses. The role involves managing financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of monthly and quarterly reports, and maintaining compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.

The Business Finance

Manager will collaborate with business and operations teams to evaluate new initiatives, optimize unit economics,



and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and cash flow.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Finance, Financial Planning, and Financial Reporting skills, with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
- Candidates should possess solid Business Planning and Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data, build models, and provide clear, data-backed recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or similar tools; experience with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and MIS reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional teams and communicate complex financial concepts in a clear, concise manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
- Experience in eCommerce, fintech, or high-growth technology environments is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, high level of integrity, and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
