Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Excellence Director to drive operational excellence, transformation, process improvement, productivity, and strategic performance across US Healthcare RCM operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and lead the Business Excellence and continuous improvement strategy.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, cost, and customer experience.
- Lead Lean, Six Sigma, process re-engineering, and transformation initiatives.
- Drive enterprise-wide process standardization and best-practice implementation.
- Analyze operational data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with Operations, Quality, Training, Technology, and Finance teams.




- Lead automation and digital transformation initiatives in collaboration with Technology teams.
- Establish governance mechanisms to track improvement initiatives and business advantages.
- Drive cost optimization, productivity improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Lead strategic transformation projects and present progress to senior leadership.
- Develop and mentor Business Excellence / Continuous Improvement teams.

Required Skills: US Healthcare RCM, Business Excellence, Operational Excellence, Lean Six Sigma, Process Re-engineering, Continuous Improvement, Automation, Transformation, Project Management, Data Analytics, Change Management.

Preferred Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt / PMP / Process Excellence certifications.
