We are seeking an experienced and results-driven?? Business Executive to drive our sales and marketing efforts in the architecture, interior design, automobile and building material industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Business Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and executing sales strategies, and maintaining relationships with key customers. This position requires a strong sales and marketing background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities: ✅

1️⃣Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.

2️⃣Build and maintain relationships with architects, dealers, hotels, and high net worth individuals.

3️⃣Develop and maintain a database of potential clients and actively pursue new business opportunities.





4️⃣Conduct market research and analysis to identify recent opportunities and trends.

5️⃣Create and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.

6️⃣Negotiate and close sales contracts with clients.

7️⃣Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

8️⃣Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.

9️⃣Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications :??

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

1-2 years of sales experience in architecture, interior design, building material or automobile industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.?

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
