We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Puja Sales Counsellor to handle inbound and outbound leads from customers who have shown interest in booking pujas or conducting pujas at their premises. The role involves understanding customer requirements, explaining puja details, guiding them through the booking process, and closing sales to achieve company revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with leads who have expressed interest in booking pujas.
Understand customer requirements related to puja type, date, location, and rituals.
Explain puja packages, procedures, pricing, perks, and priest arrangements clearly and convincingly.
Address customer queries and objections with patience and clarity.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings and ensure timely payment collection.
Maintain accurate records of calls, bookings, and follow-ups in CRM or tracking systems.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations/priests/support) to ensure smooth execution of booked pujas.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue targets.
Provide excellent customer experience and build long-term relationships.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and persuasion skills (regional language proficiency preferred).
Sales-oriented mindset with ability to close deals over calls.
Good understanding of Hindu pujas and rituals (or willingness to learn).
Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle objections and negotiate confidently.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
Eligibility & Experience
Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred.
2–3 years of experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or customer counseling (religious services or service industry preferred).
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
