We're a creative-first studio in growth mode, and we're looking for someone to build the engine that fuels it.

The Role

This isn't a seat-warmer job. You'll own the top of our funnel — hunting down the right enterprise and SaaS clients, starting real conversations, and turning cold interest into live opportunities. As our first commercial hire, you won't inherit a playbook — you'll write it, alongside the founder.

What You'll Own

- Hunt and research target accounts across enterprise tech, SaaS, and marketing teams
- Run sharp outbound across LinkedIn, email, and calls — and keep the pipeline full
- Qualify leads, read their real needs, and book discovery calls that convert
- Pitch our creative + AI video edge against actual business goals, not fluff
- Run the CRM, track what's working, and kill what isn't




- Turn market and competitor signals into smarter positioning

What You Bring

- 3–5 years in B2B business development, sales, or agency-side growth
- A track record of selling creative, marketing, or tech services (video/content a big plus)
- Writing that gets replies and outreach that doesn't get ignored
- Fluency with CRM and outbound tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot)
- A builder's mindset — self-directed, organized, allergic to "time-pass"
- Real curiosity about video, storytelling, and how brands win attention

Bonus Points

- You've sold to enterprise or SaaS marketing/product buyers before
- You've worked around AI-driven content or production
- You already know people in tech or enterprise marketing
