? What You’ll Do

- Communicate with international clients through email, WhatsApp, calls, and other professional channels.
- Understand client requirements and identify opportunities to offer relevant E-commerce services.
- Convert leads and inquiries into paying customers through effective communication and follow-ups.

Promote and sell services including:
- ? E-commerce Website Development & Improvement
- ? Website Speed Optimization
- ? Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- ? Digital Marketing
- ? Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- ?️ Shopify / Shopify Plus Solutions
- ? Social Media Marketing
- ? AI & E-commerce Automation
- ? E-commerce Growth & Store Optimization
- Build customized strategies based on each client's business needs.
- Manage the complete lead journey from initial contact → requirement analysis → proposal → negotiation → conversion .
- Maintain strong and long-term relationships with international clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.




- Use AI tools and automation to improve lead management, communication, follow-ups, and business processes.
- Coordinate with internal development, SEO, marketing, and design teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track leads, conversions, client communication, and business performance.

? What We’re Looking For
- Up to 3 years of experience in E-commerce, Business Administration, Business Development, Client Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of E-commerce and digital services .
- Excellent English communication skills , especially written communication.
- Experience communicating with international clients .
- Strong sales, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand client problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Strategic thinking with a conversion-focused mindset .
- Comfortable using AI tools and interested in implementing AI-powered automation .
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads and client conversations.
- Experience with Shopify, SEO, Digital Marketing, or Website Development will be an advantage.
