About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Development & Sales Executive who can help us put FriendsSquare in front of the right people.

Your role is easy: find the right prospects, start conversations, create interest and build a strong sales pipeline.

You’ll work across LinkedIn, cold calling, email, Upwork, Fiverr and other channels to introduce the company to potential clients and open doors for the larger team.

What You’ll Do

- Research and identify relevant companies and decision-makers.
- Build and continuously grow a prospect database.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calls, email, Upwork, Fiverr and other channels.
- Network with HR, L&D;, People, Talent and business leaders.
- Introduce FriendsSquare and create initial interest in our work.
- Follow up consistently and keep prospects warm.
- Track leads, conversations, meetings and opportunities.




- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Set up meetings and hand over qualified opportunities to the internal team.

What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, inside sales or lead generation.
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales .
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn prospecting and networking .
- Experience with lead generation and follow-ups.
- Familiarity with platforms like Upwork and Fiverr is a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Persistent, organized and comfortable with rejection.
- Someone who enjoys starting conversations and opening doors.

The Ideal Person You don’t need to be a complete sales expert. You do need to be someone who is curious, proactive and willing to pick up the phone, send the message and follow up again.
