Inside Sales Executive – Recruitment & HR Consulting

Job Summary:

We are looking for a result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our Recruitment & HR Consulting organization. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, client acquisition, and follow-ups with companies for recruitment and HR consulting services.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce recruitment and HR consulting services.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other business channels.
- Identify companies with hiring requirements and understand their recruitment needs.
- Build and maintain a solid database of prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into active clients.
- Schedule meetings with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, Business Owners, and decision-makers.
- Explain recruitment services, business terms, and engagement models to potential clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients.




- Coordinate with the recruitment team for client requirements and candidate submissions.
- Maintain daily call reports, lead status, follow-up records, and sales MIS.
- Achieve monthly targets for calls, meetings, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Develop long-term business relationships with clients.

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Strong follow-up and client-handling skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and convert leads.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, Recruitment Sales, or HR Consulting Sales.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
