Medgel is looking for a Business Development Officer to support customer acquisition, prospect outreach and opportunity progression across the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and supplement markets.

? Experience: 4+ years

? Location: Pithampur / Indore

? Scope: Domestic & Export

? Employment: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research prospective pharmaceutical, OTC, nutraceutical, supplement and private-label companies
- Initiate professional communication through email, telephone and LinkedIn
- Follow up consistently and maintain opportunity records
- Capture product, market, volume, packaging, documentation and timeline requirements
- Maintain CRM, pipeline records and weekly reports
- Coordinate with R&D;, Technical, Quality, Regulatory, Production, Packaging and Finance teams
- Support approved marketing campaigns, LinkedIn activities, presentations and content




- Develop working knowledge of regulatory and market-entry requirements

What We’re Looking For

✔ 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Inside Sales, Customer Coordination or related B2B roles

✔ Strong written and spoken English

✔ Good email, telephone and presentation skills

✔ Robust organisation and follow-up discipline

✔ Experience with Excel/Sheets and CRM or lead-management systems

✔ Understanding of technical-commercial and regulatory subjects

Preferred: Experience in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, supplements, contract manufacturing, healthcare, ingredients or packaging, with exposure to export enquiries or international customers.
