Business Development & Marketing Associate | Zerobro | Mumbai
Zerobro is building a buyer-first platform for premium under-construction homes. We are looking for an MBA/PGDM graduate with a marketing specialisation who wants to help build and grow a business.
You will work closely with the founders across marketing, customer acquisition and new micro-market development. This is a hands-on role involving both office work and visits across Mumbai.
What you’ll do
- Help research, build and launch new micro-markets
- Plan and execute digital and on-ground marketing campaigns
- Meet developers and learn about their projects and the real-estate market
- Develop and test ideas for customer acquisition
- Analyse leads, buyer behaviour and campaign performance
- Take ownership of assigned projects from planning through execution
What we’re looking for
- MBA/PGDM with marketing as a major or specialisation
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership
- Comfort working in the office and travelling for field visits
- Interest in startups, real estate, technology and business growth

Location: Mumbai
