What you'll do
- Build pipeline with US solo and small practices, group practices, and billing companies
- Cold call, email and LinkedIn prospect decision makers (practice owners, office managers, billing company founders)
- Run discovery calls and demos, then take deals from first touch to signed pilot
- Work with the founder on campaigns, messaging and positioning
- Keep the CRM (HubSpot) clean and report weekly numbers: calls, meetings, pilots, closes
Must have
- 3+ years selling into US healthcare. RCM, medical billing, healthcare staffing or healthcare BPO experience is required
- Working knowledge of the RCM cycle: eligibility, claims, denials, AR. You can talk shop with a practice manager
- Excellent spoken and written English, and you're comfortable on the phone with US clients
- A track record you can show in numbers (quota hit, deals closed, meetings booked)
- Willing to work US business hours
Big plus
- Proven cold calling results into US markets
- B2B marketing experience: campaigns, LinkedIn content, email sequences
- Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- An existing network of US practice owners or billing companies
