Now, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager – B2B to drive our solar business across Gurgaon & Noida/NCR

? What You’ll Ow n

- End-to-end management of B2B solar projects across Rooftop, CHS & C&

I• Identify opportunities, build pipelines and close high-value deal s• Lead client meetings, negotiations and commercial discussion s• Manage project execution and coordinate with EPC/technical team s• Build solid relationships with Housing Societies,



C&I; clients and key stakeholder s• Develop a strong understanding of DISCOM processes and housing society tenderin g• Work closely with Site Engineering, O&M; and Liaison team s• Drive regional revenue, budgets and cost optimisatio n

? What We’re Looking Fo r

- 3–4 years of B2B Business Development / Sales experienc e• B.E./B.Tech preferred; MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantag e• Experience in Solar / Renewable Energy / C&I; / Housing Society sales is a plu s• Strong track record in client management and deal closur e• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder-management skill s• Fluency in English & Hind i• Willingness to work across Gurgaon & Noida/NC
