About the RoleWe are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for Adclan, an advertising and marketing agency.

The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales and business development experience, excellent client communication skills, and a proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, pitch solutions and close business independently.

Agency / Advertising / Media / Digital Marketing background is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals and existing connections.
- Research and approach decision-makers across relevant businesses and brands.
- Understand client marketing, advertising and digital requirements and pitch suitable solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations and commercial discussions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — lead generation → qualification → meeting → proposal → negotiation → closure.
- Acquire new clients and consistently contribute to monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with creative, digital, media and strategy teams to develop effective proposals and pitches.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve defined monthly/quarterly sales and business development targets.

What We’re Looking For

- 3–8 years of relevant experience in B2B Sales / Business Development.
- Agency / Advertising / Media / Digital Marketing experience preferred.




- Proven experience in new client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Strong B2B lead generation, prospecting and networking skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle.
- Comfortable working with monthly/quarterly targets and performance-based incentives.
- Strong understanding of client acquisition and business development processes.
- Candidates who have primarily handled B2B sales / client acquisition will be preferred.
