Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Officer role based in Kochi.

The Business Development

Officer will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, and promote TransGlobe Academy’s training programs to prospective clients and institutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing trends, preparing proposals, and supporting pricing and financial discussions related to partnerships. The role involves regular communication with prospective learners and partners, coordinating meetings and presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to align business development strategies with academic offerings.

Officer will also contribute to customer service initiatives, ensuring a positive experience for stakeholders and supporting enrollment growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Current Business Development skills, including lead generation, opportunity identification, and relationship building.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret market data, assess performance metrics, and support strategic decision-making.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills to understand budgets, pricing models, and revenue projections.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for presentations, negotiations, and stakeholder engagement.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to ensure high satisfaction and long-term partner and learner retention.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in education services, training, or related industries is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking systems is beneficial.
