What you'll do

•⁠ ⁠Own all plan revenue targets for all our programmes

•⁠ ⁠Turn YouTube, Instagram and WhatsApp engagement into qualified leads through webinars, lead magnets and DM funnels

•⁠ ⁠Build referral partnerships with gynaecologists, endocrinologists, fertility clinics, diagnostic labs and corporates

•⁠ ⁠Plan and run wellness events and workshops that generate and convert leads

•⁠ ⁠Lead,



hire and coach the sales team, and personally close high-value leads

•⁠ ⁠Run regular training with fresh ideas: role-plays, sales contests, winning-call scripts

•⁠ ⁠Track competitors such as Fitelo, Fitterfly, Fittr, Team YVS and Plix, and turn the findings into better pricing, offers and positioning

•⁠ ⁠Keep the CRM and sales reports accurate and up to date

What we're looking for

•⁠ ⁠A proven record of meeting sales targets in B2C, subscription or programme-based sales

•⁠ ⁠Experience leading an inside-sales or tele-counselling team

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of social media and event-led lead generation

•⁠ ⁠Comfort with CRM tools and data (Excel or Google Sheets)

•⁠ ⁠Excellent Hindi and English, with an empathetic, consultative style

•⁠ ⁠A background in health-tech, nutrition, fitness or wellness is a big plus
