We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our sales activities, develop new business opportunities, and build a strong-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate new leads through digital marketing, networking, referrals, partnerships, field activities, and other channels.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customer segments.
- Lead, manage, motivate, and monitor the sales team.
- Set individual and team sales targets and track performance.
- Conduct customer meetings, property presentations, site visits, and negotiations.




- Ensure proper follow-up and conversion of enquiries into sales.
- Develop relationships with customers, channel partners, brokers, and business associates.
- Explore new sales channels and strategic partnerships.
- Monitor customer requirements, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead generation and sales conversion.
- Take responsibility for achieving assigned sales and revenue targets.

Salary & Performance-Based Incentive VIP City follows a fixed salary + performance-based incentive structure.

Individual Sales Incentive In addition to the fixed salary, the Business Development Manager will be eligible for performance-based incentives on successful sales/conversions.

Pay: ₹14,127.35 - ₹58,545.17 per month
