Business Development Manager – Remote Job Type: Full-Time

This is a fully remote position & prior HR Tech industry experience is mandatory. Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong HR Tech & SaaS sales background to drive new business with SMEs and enterprise clients and manage the end-to-end sales cycle . Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.

Identify prospects and build strong client relationships.

Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure .

Present and demonstrate SaaS solutions to clients.

Collaborate with internal teams for smooth implementation.

Track sales activities and opportunities through CRM.

Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

Proven HR Tech sales experience , preferably in SaaS.

Experience selling to SMEs and enterprise clients .

Strong communication, negotiation,



and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Results-driven with strong organizational skills.
