We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team for building business. The ideal candidate should have experience identifying prospects, generating qualified leads, conducting outreach, and scheduling meetings for the sales team in the US market, identifying Core IT Staffing.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential prospects through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and other prospecting tools.
- Execute outbound lead generation through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and lead conversion.
- Update and manage prospect information in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot or similar).
- Meet weekly and monthly lead generation and meeting booking targets.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in IT Staffing sales or Product sales or Inside sales along with Lead Generation
- Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting for the US market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Outreach, or similar sales tools.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in IT Services, SaaS, Salesforce Consulting, AI, Cloud, or Technology Services.
- Exposure to selling into Salesforce Partners, System Integrators, or enterprise customers is an added advantage.
