Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities in manpower outsourcing, housekeeping, and facility management services, and nurturing relationships with existing clients.

Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and commercial offers, and negotiating contracts in line with company policies.



The role involves close coordination with operations and HR teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations and agreed terms.

The Business Development

Manager also monitors market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and contribute to revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in business development, client relationship management, and account growth within services or related industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Experience in sales planning, pipeline management, and basic data analysis or reporting to track business performance.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, HR, finance) and coordinate end-to-end service delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Familiarity with facility management or manpower outsourcing domains is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and common business productivity tools; comfort working with online reporting platforms.
- Solid organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
