Marketing & Business Development Executive

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Marketing and Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and manage Navrang's brand communications. This is a combined role suited to a candidate who is equally comfortable developing new business relationships and executing marketing initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

– Identify and pursue current business opportunities across FMCG, retail and corporate sectors.

– Manage outreach,



credentials presentations and proposal submissions.

– Maintain and grow relationships with existing and lapsed clients.

– Develop marketing collateral - LinkedIn content, case studies and company communications.

– Coordinate internally to prepare pitches, quotations and campaign proposals.

– Track and report on the business development pipeline regularly.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

– 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales or marketing.

– Prior exposure to advertising, media or FMCG services is preferred.

– Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

– Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.

– Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and LinkedIn.
