Business Development Manager – Learning & Development

Experience: Minimum 5 - 8 years in B2B sales for Learning & Development Corporate Trainings.

Qualification: MBA / PGD - Sales or Marketing preferred, Minimum Graduate.

Location: Mumbai

Shift: 9:30 AM - 6:45 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday work from home depends on business needs )

:

● Must have in-depth working knowledge in B2B sales in Learning and Development industry.

● Maintaining full life cycle of sales process from prospecting to closure.

● Setting up meetings with existing and potential clients for Enterprise Corporate Trainings Services such as – Soft skills trainings, Technical trainings & Leaderships trainings of Prompt personnel.

● Giving Presentation to clients for customized training solutions.

● Targeting B2B clients & generate leads, new opportunity and sales for the organization.

● Deep understanding of client needs to evaluate the requirement of the client.

● Rapport building with existing clients and cross selling for generating new business.

● Good communication and interpersonal skills, team building capabilities and being a effective coordinator for the trainings.

● Researching the market and identifying potential target customers.





● Working closely with internal teams/departments to develop new business.

● Participating and representing the company at corporate/networking events.

● Maintain the status of all prospects on daily/weekly/monthly basis and submit it through CRM.
