Job Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our sales growth across Kerala. In this role, you will drive new equipment sales, modernize existing installations, and build high-value relationships with builders, architects, MEP consultants, and contractors in the residential, commercial, and healthcare segments.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and capture new business opportunities for passenger, freight, and residential lift solutions across assigned Kerala territories.

Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders: Architects, MEP Consultants, Civil Contractors, Builders, and Project Management Consultants (PMCs).

Handle the full sales cycle from lead generation, site inspection, and technical estimation to commercial negotiation and deal closure.

Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and specification pitches for high-value tenders and private projects.

Coordinate with engineering and installation teams to ensure smooth site handovers and customer satisfaction.

Track market trends,



competitor pricing, and emerging project developments across Kerala.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: 1-5 years of direct B2B project sales experience. Direct experience in the Elevator / Escalator industry is strongly preferred (candidates from HVAC, Commercial Facades, Fire & Safety, or Architectural Building Products will also be considered).

Education: Graduate in any stream; Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or an MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.

Skills: Robust negotiation, consultative selling, and commercial proposal drafting capabilities.

Territory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Kerala real estate and construction landscape (Kochi, Calicut, Trivandrum, Thrissur, etc.).

Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel extensively across the state.

Languages: Fluency in Malayalam and English is essential.
