Hiring: Business Development Manager – IT Staffing & Staff Augmentation

Role: We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with solid experience in IT Staffing, Staff Augmentation, Recruitment Sales, and Client Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire new clients for IT Staffing, Staff Augmentation, Contract & Permanent Hiring.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
- Build relationships with HR Heads, TA Managers, Procurement Teams, CIOs, CTOs, and Hiring Managers.
- Generate and convert staffing requirements from lead generation to closure.
- Manage sales pipeline, revenue targets, client relationships, and account growth.
- Work closely with recruitment teams to understand talent availability and fulfill client requirements.
- Negotiate staffing rates, commercials, contracts, and service agreements.
- Drive repeat business, cross-selling, and account expansion.

Required Skills:

- 3+ years of experience in IT Staffing / Recruitment Sales / Staff Augmentation Sales.
- Strong B2B lead generation,



prospecting, client acquisition, and relationship management skills.
- Experience working with HR, TA, Procurement, Hiring Managers, and business stakeholders.
- Good understanding of IT technologies such as Software Development, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, ERP/CRM, QA, and DevOps.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Ability to independently build and manage a sales pipeline.

Good to Have:

- Existing corporate client and decision-maker network.
- Experience with MSA, SOW, vendor onboarding, procurement, and rate negotiations.
- Exposure to domestic and international staffing markets.
- Experience working with mid-size and enterprise clients.

Education
