Job Summary The Business Development Manager is responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and increasing company revenue in the interior design and fit-out segment. The role involves meeting architects, builders, and corporate clients, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential and commercial interior projects
- Generate leads through architects, builders, consultants, corporate offices, and references
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and requirement discussions
- Present company profile, materials, and design solutions to prospective clients
- Coordinate with design and execution teams for proposals and estimations
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals
- Maintain regular follow-ups and relationship management with clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Track market trends, competitors, and new projects in the region




- Update CRM / sales reports and maintain client database

Required Skills

- Robust communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of interior materials, fit-out process, and project lifecycle
- Ability to handle corporate and high-value clients
- Good networking with architects and builders (preferred)
- Presentation and convincing skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated

Qualification

- Diploma or Bachelors in Interiors (Marketing preferred) / Any Digree
- Experience in interiors, modular furniture, construction materials, or building products preferred

- Client retention & repeat business

Preferred Background Candidates from interior design firms, modular furniture companies, building material sales, or turnkey fit-out companies will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
