Business Development Executive/Manager (IT Services Sales)

Are you passionate about B2B sales, client acquisition, and helping businesses transform through technology? We're looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in IT services sales to join our growing team.

? What You'll Be Doing

✅ Generate qualified leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, Apollo, Lusha, and other B2B sales platforms

✅ Identify and connect with decision-makers across global markets

✅ Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery calls to proposal submission and deal closure

✅ Prepare personalized proposals and sales presentations for potential clients

✅ Build and maintain long-term client relationships

✅ Collaborate with the technical team to understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions

? What We're Looking For

✔ 1–4 years of experience in IT Services Sales or Business Development

✔ Proven experience working on Upwork or other freelancing marketplaces (Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, etc.)

✔ Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, email outreach, and lead generation tools

✔ Strong understanding of custom software development, web/mobile application development, AI/LLM solutions, SaaS,



or staff augmentation services

✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

✔ Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and client relationship management skills

✔ Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently

⭐ Preferred Skills

- Experience selling software development, AI, cloud, or digital transformation services
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipelines
- Experience handling international clients (US, UK, Europe, Australia, Middle East)
- Familiarity with cold emailing and outbound sales strategies

? Qualification

Bachelor's Degree / B.Tech / MBA / MCA (or equivalent)
