nWe are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive / Manager with strong experience in Domestic IT Staffing to drive business growth, build long-term client relationships, and manage client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong business development, negotiation, communication, and client management skills.

nKey Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify new business leads through LinkedIn and other lead-generation platforms.

- Develop and execute strategies to engage and convert potential clients.

- Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
n
- Drive business growth and achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.

- Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle and delivery process.
n
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Conduct regular client reviews to ensure high levels of satisfaction and service quality.

- Identify industry trends and best practices in Domestic IT Staffing to support continuous improvement.

- Manage multiple client engagements while ensuring timely delivery and business objectives.

nRequirements

- 2–8 years of experience in Domestic IT Staffing Services, preferably handling large client engagements.
n
- Candidates must have experience specifically in the Domestic IT Staffing industry.
n
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

- Excellent project and time-management abilities.
n
- Robust leadership and people-management skills.
n
- Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at different levels.

- Experience managing client engagements and achieving revenue and profitability targets.

- Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tools.

- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
