Business Development Manager – Market Research & Analytics

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune (work from office, 5 days a week)

Fortis Links is a market research and analytics firm serving US-based clients. We deliver survey data processing, dashboards, reporting automation and analytics solutions through our Pune team.

The role

We're looking for a self-driven business development professional who can find current clients, build relationships and take opportunities from first contact to closure. You'll work independently, own your pipeline and help identify new areas for our business to grow.

Key responsibilities

- Find and qualify leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, databases and online research
- Run outreach campaigns, mainly by email and LinkedIn
- Take leads from first contact through discovery calls, proposals and closure
- Maintain regular follow-ups and keep the CRM or pipeline tracker up to date
- Identify new business opportunities,



industries and service lines
- Work with the delivery team to understand client needs and shape proposals
- Report weekly on pipeline, activity and results

What we're looking for

- 3–5 years of experience in business development, inside sales or lead generation
- Excellent written English, especially professional emails that get replies
- Proven ability to follow a lead through to closure without close supervision
- Independent achiever who is target-oriented, organised and persistent
- Comfortable working with US clients and time zones when needed

Good to have

- Experience in the market research, analytics or research services industry
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Zoho
