Role Description The Business Development Manager will work full time on-site at the Ahmedabad office, focusing on acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts for MediaF5™. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, and understanding client business objectives and marketing needs. The role involves preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals in alignment with company targets and timelines.

The Business Development

Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and technical teams to shape solutions,



track campaign performance, and ensure client satisfaction and retention. This position is intended for professionals with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience who can join immediately.

Qualifications

- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closing.
- Experience in client relationship management, account management, and stakeholder communication.
- Understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, social media marketing, performance marketing, and web development.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and develop growth strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation abilities, and negotiation skills.
- 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office or Google Workspace, and basic reporting and forecasting.
- Immediate availability to join and willingness to work in office in Ahmedabad.
