As a business development manager you will have to get new clients on board for our various verticals/services and effectively execute the business for them. Your aim is to ensure that clients receive exceptional service while the business's sales goals are supported. For this, you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.

Responsibilities:

● Cold calling

● Revenue target responsibility

● Contacting potential clients to establish rapport, building relationships and arrange meetings.

● Planning and overseeing new sales initiatives.

● Researching organizations and individuals to find new contacts.

● Increasing the value of current customers while attracting recent ones.

● Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

● Negotiating and closing deals with clients

● Travelling Globally onsite for execution of the clients’ projects

● Making proposals,



presentations and quotations and going for meetings to present them to clients.

● Coordinating with the design team to make a proper proposal

● Coordinating with the production team to get the project executed as promised to the client.

● Attending conferences, meetings, and internal events.

● Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

● Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

● Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

● Maintaining all data as per the policy

● Frequent travelling to execute and supervise projects

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s/ Master's degree in business, marketing or related field.

● Experience in sales, marketing or related fields.

● Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

● Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

● Excellent organizational skills.

● Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

● Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

● Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
