About the role

Corpseed is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager – Environment Compliance to drive B2B sales for environmental consulting and regulatory compliance services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and close B2B sales opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and prepare proposals/quotations.
- Sell services including CTE/CTO, EIA, MoEF Clearance, ESG, sustainability, CGWA, and Waste Management Licenses.
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline through CRM.
- Coordinate with technical and advisory teams for project delivery.
- Build strong client relationships and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on CPCB/SPCB, MoEF, ESG,



and environmental compliance regulations.

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in workplace sales
- Experience in environmental consulting, ESG, EIA, sustainability, or regulatory compliance sales preferred.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, or Business Management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and MS Excel.
