- Lead Management: Handle all incoming leads from Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, website and other marketing channels.

- Lead Qualification: Understand prospects investment budgets, preferred locations, restaurant concepts and project timelines.

- Team Management: Lead, train and monitor the pre-sales executives to ensure timely responses and consistent follow-ups.

- CRM Management: Ensure every lead, conversation, follow-up and meeting is accurately recorded in the CRM.

- Client Engagement: Explain Curry Crafts end-to-end Plug & Play Restaurant Setup services and generate interest among qualified prospects.

- Meeting Conversion: Schedule qualified meetings with the Business Development Manager or founder.

- Follow-Up Strategy: Develop systematic WhatsApp, calling and email follow-up processes to nurture interested prospects.





- Performance Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly reports covering lead quality, response time, contact rates, qualified meetings and conversion rates.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

- 3–5 years of experience in pre-sales, inside sales or lead management.

- Experience managing a small pre-sales team.

- Solid communication, client qualification and follow-up skills.

- Familiarity with CRM software and WhatsApp Business.

- Experience in real estate, hospitality, interiors, franchise sales or high-ticket B2B services preferred.
