We provide complete turnkey solutions, from concept development, branding, kitchen planning and interior execution to menu engineering, staff recruitment and launch support.

We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales and business growth across Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and marketing-generated leads from multiple digital platforms.
- Understand prospective clients’ restaurant concepts, investment budgets, preferred locations and business requirements.
- Present our complete Plug & Play Restaurant Setup solutions to potential clients.
- Conduct client calls, presentations and face-to-face meetings.
- Prepare and explain business proposals, negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients and build long-term business relationships.
- Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up schedules and sales pipelines in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Who We’re Looking For





- 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales or client acquisition.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Confident in handling client meetings and closing high-value deals.
- Self-motivated, target-driven and result-oriented.
- Experience in hospitality, restaurants, real estate, interiors, franchise sales or B2B services will be preferred.
- Comfortable working with CRM software and managing multiple prospects.
- Candidates based in Delhi NCR will be preferred.
