Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with prior experience in the Banking or Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, acquiring new clients, and managing key customer relationships to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and stakeholders.
- Identify market opportunities and create strategies to increase business revenue.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business negotiations.
- Promote banking and financial products to prospective customers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.





Required Skills
- Prior experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Loans, Insurance, or related sectors.
- Solid business development and client acquisition experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of banking and financial products.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and business opportunities.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA in Marketing, Finance, or Business Administration will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate
- Existing network within the Banking or Financial Services industry.
- Experience handling corporate, SME, retail, or HNI clients.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and growth-focused professional.

Salary ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month (Based on experience and industry exposure)
