Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand customer requirements and present suitable products/services.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and business development targets. Conduct market research and identify potential customers and new markets. Follow up with leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.

Prepare sales reports and regularly update management on business progress. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.





Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred. 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role. Good communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable with calling, client meetings, and field visits. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
