Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand market presence in the industrial automation and material handling equipment segment. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key clients, and working closely with technical and engineering teams to deliver customized solutions.

Key Responsibilities (English Communication must)

· Identify new business opportunities in material handling equipment and automation solutions

· Generate leads through cold calling, client visits, referrals, and market research

· Manage existing customers and develop long-term client relationships

· Coordinate with engineering and production teams to understand technical requirements

· Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations

· Negotiate pricing,



payment terms, and close sales orders

· Maintain sales pipeline, CRM updates, and revenue forecasts

· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

· Conduct competitor analysis and track market trends

· Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events

· Good Communicating Skills in English & Convincing Power, Result Oriented & Positive Approach

· Have industrial exposure and knowledge of Special Purpose Machine

Technical Skills

· Knowledge of conveyors, automation systems, palletizers, warehousing solutions

· Basic understanding of technical drawings and specifications

MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
