About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, presenting solutions, negotiating deals, and contributing directly to the company’s revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will be confident in communicating with prospects, understand the fundamentals of sales and business development, and be comfortable working toward targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various sales and networking channels.
- Generate and qualify leads and convert prospects into potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to develop suitable solutions.
- Prepare and present professional business proposals and presentations.
- Conduct sales discussions, negotiate commercial terms, and work toward successful deal closures.
- Follow up consistently with prospective and existing clients.
- Develop and execute effective business development and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align business development activities with company objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, proposals, and sales activities.
- Monitor market and industry trends to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Contribute ideas and strategies to improve lead generation, client acquisition,



and overall business growth.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development is required.
- Minimum 1 year of total work experience is required.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
- Ability to develop and execute sales and business development strategies.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- Good command of English is preferred.
- Experience in selling website development, digital marketing, IT services, or related solutions will be an advantage.
