We’re Hiring | Business Development Manager – Hospitality Technology We are looking for an experienced

Business Development Manager with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, OTA ecosystem, and hotel technology landscape . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, building relationships with hotel partners, and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute business development strategies for the hospitality market • Identify, approach, and onboard hotels and hospitality partners • Build and maintain relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, Revenue Managers, and other key decision-makers • Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and product presentations to commercial negotiations and closure • Identify strategic partnerships and new market opportunities • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently work towards defined revenue targets • Work closely with internal product, operations, and leadership teams to ensure successful partner onboarding and account growth • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and developments across the OTA and hotel technology ecosystem Experience &

Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management,



or a related discipline • MBA/PGDM is preferred but not mandatory •

2+ years of relevant experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Partnerships, or Key Account Management • Prior experience within

OTA platforms, Hospitality Technology, Hotel SaaS, PMS, CRS, Channel Management, Revenue Management, or related solutions is strongly preferred • Strong understanding of hotel distribution, online bookings, and hospitality operations • Demonstrated experience in managing B2B relationships, negotiations, and deal closures

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills • Existing relationships within the hotel and hospitality ecosystem would be an advantage • Willingness to travel based on business requirements
