RC Labs designs and manufactures intelligent battery management systems (BMS) for electric vehicles and stationary energy storage applications. The company collaborates with EV OEMs, battery pack manufacturers, and robotics companies to improve performance and reliability of Li-ion battery systems. RC Labs is actively looking for motivated individuals who are interested in energy technology and innovation.

Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Business Development Intern role based in Bengaluru. The intern will support lead generation by identifying potential customers, compiling prospect lists, and assisting outreach efforts to EV OEMs, battery manufacturers, and robotics companies. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and preparing summary reports to inform business strategy.

The role involves assisting with customer communications, follow-ups, and basic customer service tasks to maintain strong relationships. The intern will also help prepare presentations, proposals, and sales collateral,



and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development activities with product and marketing initiatives.

- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market and business data.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess lead generation and market research skills to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Candidates should possess customer service skills to support client interactions and ensure a professional experience.
- Interest in electric vehicles, battery technology, or energy storage solutions is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or lead tracking tools) is an advantage.
