THE OPPORTUNITY

Every morning in Hyderabad, somewhere, eight workers are standing idle on a construction site because one ₹300 fitting ran out. Someone gets sent across the city to find it. Half a day disappears.

I watched this happen from behind a hardware counter for four years. So I built Buildenza, a quick-commerce platform for building materials. More than 1,000 products are live, and we're launching 60-minute delivery to construction sites across Kondapur, Madhapur, Gachibowli, Hafeezpet, Nallagandla, Tellapur and Lingampally.

The products are ready. We need people on the ground who can turn a platform full of products into contractors who actually order.

One honest thing before you read further: this is not a desk internship. You won't create slides or attend presentations. You'll be on real construction sites from your first week, in the sun, talking to people who've never heard of us. Some days most of them won't want to talk. If that sounds exhausting, this isn't for you, and that's fine. If it sounds like the most real thing you could do with two months, keep reading.

WHAT YOU'LL BUILD

- Your own map of the city. Every live construction site in your area: who's building, what stage they're at, who the supervisor is
- First conversations. Introducing Buildenza to contractors and site supervisors in Hindi and Telugu, and understanding what their sites actually need
- First orders. Following up on WhatsApp until a conversation turns into a delivered order
- Buildenza's presence on the ground. Our site boards at the sites where shortages happen
- The story. Short videos of real deliveries and site activity, filmed on your phone, that become our marketing
- The truth from the field. What customers ask for, what stops them ordering, what competitors are saying.
