Hikaho System is a recruitment consultancy based in Noida. Since 2017, we have been helping companies find the right staff. We mostly work with clients in Manufacturing, Engineering & Automobile sectors. We are looking for a Business Development person to join our team and help us get new clients.

Job Overview

We need a candidate who can bring new business to the company. Your main job is to contact companies that are hiring and convince them to use our recruitment services. You must have experience in getting business from non-IT sectors.

Daily Responsibilities (What you have to do):

 Find New Clients: Search for companies in Manufacturing, EPC, and Engineering sectors that are currently hiring.

 Cold Calling: Call HR Managers and Company Heads to introduce Hikaho System.

 Send Proposals: Email company profiles and service details to potential clients.

 Meetings: Arrange and attend meetings (online or face-to-face) with clients to discuss their hiring needs.

 Sign Agreements: Negotiate rates and sign the agreement (MOU) with the client.

 Achieve Targets:



You will have a monthly target to bring in a specific number of new clients.

 Client Coordination: Keep a good relationship with the client so they give us more positions to work on.

Requirements (What we are looking for):

 Experience: You must have 2 to 5 years of experience in selling recruitment services.

 Non-IT Knowledge: You should know how to talk to clients in Manufacturing, Factories,

and Engineering companies.

 Communication: You should be able to speak and write clearly in English and Hindi.

 Target Oriented: You should be serious about completing your monthly sales targets.

Salary & Advantages:

 Fixed Salary + Good Incentives on every client closure.

 2nd and 4th Saturdays are OFF.

 1st and 3rd Saturdays are Work from Home.
