Business Development Executive – US Process (Fresher)

Job Responsibilities

Identify and research potential US clients and business opportunities.

Make outbound calls and send emails to prospective clients.

Explain company services/products clearly to US customers.

Generate leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.

Maintain and update customer information in CRM.

Follow up with prospects and maintain good client relationships.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Coordinate with the sales and operations teams.

Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely responses.

Requirements

Freshers are welcome.

Good English communication skills,





Willingness to work according to US business hours/night shifts.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Valuable negotiation, convincing and interpersonal skills.

Target-oriented and willing to learn.

10th/12th/Graduation qualification depending on company requirements.
