About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive to generate new business, build client relationships, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in printing and packaging and a valuable understanding of packaging products.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate current business opportunities through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for suitable packaging solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and regular follow-ups.
- Manage the sales pipeline and convert qualified leads into orders.




- Develop repeat business and identify upselling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate client and sales records.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales.
- Experience in the printing and packaging industry is must.
- Good understanding of packaging products, especially boxes and related solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Good follow-up and relationship management abilities.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-driven.
- Comfortable with client meetings and visits.
- Working knowledge of Excel, email, and CRM tools.

- New leads generated and qualified.
- New clients acquired.
- Monthly/quarterly sales revenue achieved.
- Lead-to-order conversion rate.
