Role Description This is an on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Gurugram at Sector 49. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, supporting lead generation efforts, and helping to qualify potential clients.

The intern will assist in preparing pitches, presentations, and proposals, and will participate in client meetings or calls as needed. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of prospects, supporting account management activities,



and collaborating with internal teams to align business development efforts with Thumbpin’s brand storytelling approach.

Qualifications

- Ability to support Current Business Development and Lead Generation activities, including prospecting and outreach.
- Understanding of Business fundamentals and interest in working with brand and marketing-focused organizations.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with potential clients and internal stakeholders.
- Capacity to assist with Account Management tasks, including follow-ups, documentation, and relationship maintenance.
- Relevant coursework or prior internship experience in sales, marketing, business, or a related field is beneficial.
- Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative environment in Gurugram, with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset.
- Ability to organize tasks, manage time effectively, and use productivity and CRM tools is an advantage.
