About the Role

You will find current companies that need our engineering and software services and get them into a first meeting with our founder.

What you will do

- Reach out to companies by email, phone and LinkedIn

- Follow up regularly until you get a clear yes or no

- Book meetings with the right decision-makers

- Research companies and find the right person to contact

- Keep every conversation updated in our CRM

- Join client meetings and help with follow-ups afterwards

Who we are looking for

- Graduate (B.E./B.Tech preferred, Mechanical engineering a big plus)

- Clear, confident written and spoken English

- Comfortable calling people you don't know

- Organized and consistent: you follow up without being reminded

- Curious about how machines, factories and software work
