Role Description This full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role is based in Hyderabad, India. The role involves identifying and pursuing current business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong pipeline of prospects in the steel detailing and related construction sectors.

The Business Development

Executive will conduct market research, prepare and deliver presentations, coordinate proposals, and follow up on inquiries to convert prospects into long-term clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client accounts, maintaining regular communication with stakeholders, collaborating with technical and project teams to align solutions with client needs,



and tracking performance against sales targets. The role also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, participating in industry networking activities, and representing the company in a professional manner.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify opportunities and build a sustainable sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess solid Account Management and Business relationship-building skills to maintain and grow existing client accounts.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and active listening.
- Candidates should possess basic understanding of the engineering, construction, or steel fabrication domains, with the ability to learn technical concepts related to structural and miscellaneous steel detailing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in engineering, construction, or steel-related services, is an advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online research platforms, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and meet revenue and growth targets with integrity and professionalism.
