Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Noida.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, and support the development of proposals and presentations for prospective clients. The role involves conducting market research, qualifying leads, scheduling and participating in client meetings, and collaborating closely with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.

Executive will manage key accounts, nurture long-term relationships, track performance against targets, and provide regular reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

- Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities.
- Solid understanding of business principles and commercial awareness to align solutions with client objectives.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to present ideas clearly and build trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in account management, including maintaining relationships, handling client queries, and supporting upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
- Prior experience in digital marketing, advertising, or a related growth-focused environment is an advantage.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic sales reporting to track activities and outcomes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting with solid organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
