Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Patna.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate and qualify leads, and build relationships with educational institutions, training partners, and other stakeholders. Daily activities include conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, presenting Scrollwell’s training solutions, and preparing proposals to meet client needs. The role involves managing accounts, tracking pipeline activities, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools,



and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

The Business Development

Executive will also monitor market trends, gather feedback from clients, and support strategic initiatives to expand Scrollwell’s reach.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and grow the client base.
- Candidates should possess skills in Account Management and Business relationship-building to maintain and expand existing partnerships.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to conduct effective presentations, negotiations, and client interactions.
- Relevant experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, preferably in education, training, or related sectors.
- Ability to work on-site in Patna, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with productivity and CRM tools, basic data analysis, and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Robust interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a demonstrated interest in education and digital learning.
