Key Responsibilities
- Handle calls with prospective property buyers.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties/projects.
- Explain project details, location and investment opportunities.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule and coordinate property/site visits.
- Maintain leads and follow-ups in CRM.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers.
- Work towards achieving sales and site-visit targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for successful conversions.
