About the Role

Sapphire Technologies is looking for a Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and hands-on experience with platforms such as Upwork, Guru, and LinkedIn for lead generation and client acquisition.

key Responsibilities

- Generate and identify potential clients through Upwork, Guru, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Communicate with prospects through calls, emails, and online meetings
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
- Conduct client meetings and project discussions
- Manage leads from initial contact through client onboarding
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build long-term client relationships




- Meet assigned business development and sales targets

Requirements

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development / IT Sales
- Experience with Upwork, Guru, and LinkedIn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable handling client calls and meetings
- Basic understanding of software development services
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented
