Role & Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and engage potential enterprise clients across verticals via cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client hiring needs and present tailored staffing solutions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track pipeline progress, and meet weekly activity & conversion targets.
- Collaborate with internal sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Attend industry events and networking sessions to expand client reach and build brand presence.
- Deliver weekly performance reports and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
